It walked the recovery codes out the door in 9 of 10 runs on the cheapest model.\n\nTakeaway: Before an agent goes anywhere near real customer data, have someone run the oldest con in the book against it, on your own prompts, with the model you actually plan to ship. It is an afternoon of work, not a program.",

Proofs of concept are quietly being used as production tools by people who never went through any of that.\n\nTakeaway: Start with the admission that you are already accepting this risk. The only question left is whether you accept it deliberately or by default: find what someone down the hall automated last week, and name what it can reach.",
